Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance. We may change or remove parts of the website without liability.

3. FORMATION OF CONTRACT

A contract is formed only when your order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering a binding contract, that your information is accurate, and that you are not using any unauthorised identity or payment method.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

5. SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery options and fees are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We offer the following delivery methods (where available):


  1. Standard An Post tracked delivery (usually 1–2 working days)
  2. Express An Post delivery (next working day where possible, order before the stated cut-off time)
  3. Parcel locker delivery (delivered to the customer’s chosen An Post locker)
  4. Local pickup or collection

Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered or collected by the courier.


Mac Uaid Enterprises Limited is not liable for:

  1. Delays caused by courier services
  2. Loss, damage, or delay after dispatch
  3. Issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  4. Delivery disruptions due to weather, strikes, or events beyond our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details at checkout.

6. CANCELLATION RIGHTS (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing.

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method once returned goods are received and inspected.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

  1. Items are unused
  2. Items are unopened and in original packaging
  3. Items have not been washed, altered, damaged, or tampered with

Return is approved in writing beforehand

The following cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty:

  1. Opened or used soaps
  2. Opened scrubs or body butters
  3. Any product where the seal has been broken
  4. Any personalised or custom items

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours with photographs.

We will offer a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with Irish consumer law.


8. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All our products are handmade in small batches. Variations in colour, texture, scent, or appearance may occur and are normal.

Customers must check ingredients for allergies or sensitivities before use.

By purchasing, you acknowledge the following:

  1. Our products are for external use only.
  2. We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or misuse.
  3. You must discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
  4. You are responsible for reading product descriptions and ingredient lists prior to use.
  5. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Mac Uaid Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for injury or damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to product guidance.

9. WEBSITE ACCURACY

We aim to ensure information on this website is accurate, however errors may occur. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content.

It is your responsibility to ensure your device is protected from viruses or harmful technologies.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mac Uaid Enterprises Limited is not liable for:

  1. Indirect or consequential losses
  2. Loss of profits, business, or goodwill
  3. Delays or failures caused by third-party delivery services
  4. Any damage arising from use or misuse of products
  5. Claims arising from allergic reactions or sensitivities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for your login details and all activity under your account.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions will remain valid.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
